1. Manage the day-to-day operations of the logistics team (early morning/overnight and backroom teams)

1. Managed a group of 8 -12 agents and made sure agents adhered to FDCPA/Federal/state/city laws/provisions, as defined in our training/FDCPA Testing.
2. Coached and trained agents biweekly to insure agents was on pace to collect assigned monthly budget as applicable.
3. In bound collection calls assisting customers with past due accounts, and negotiated arrangements with customer to pay debt in full, or sets up the best possible arrangements.

Ashland University

1. Organized and assembled files for interested and currently signed football prospects, answered calls, and faxed information accordingly
2. Contacted alumni and local sponsors and asked for donations for Ashland University athletic complex.
3. Assisted coaches with film study and practice
4. Act as a player/coach liaison, briefing coaches on player calls and contacts
